Returns and Exchanges

Our main goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. Therefore, all of our products are certified and checked before being shipped. However, there is a slight chance that anomalies occur, or you are not satisfied with the product. There are a few guidelines for returns and exchanges: If you find any anomaly or if you are not satisfied with the product, the return or exchange of it must be done within 15 working days. Returns and exchanges will only be made if the product is not damaged, soiled, washed, altered or used in any way. The product must be packed like it was prior to its return. If the product doesn’t match these previous demands, BOXPT has the right to deny any return or exchange and cannot be held responsible for it. In any return or exchange, 10% of the total value of the product will be charged, unless the buyer is willing to pay for the shipping costs. We (BOXPT) will do our best to inform you about any subject as soon as possible, therefore we guarantee a feedback within 15 working days from the day you sent us your email.
