RETURNS POLICY

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

 

The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with regard to the items ordered. The return may be made within 15 days after notification of the defect dependant on the presentation of the original invoice and the product must retain all its original elements. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to its reimbursement (if any), or exchange for the same or another product according to the customer's choice (taking into account that any exchange for an item of higher value, the customer will have to pay the difference). As a rule, the seller will refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the refund.

 

If the product is returned without packaging, BOXPT, if it accepts the return, reserves the right to apply a repackaging fee of up to 20% on the base value of the product, this fee is only applied after analysis and acceptance of the return.

 

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

The refund of the amount paid will be done by bank transfer.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

The right to return only occurs, provided that the products:

- They have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try out the equipment and accessories but can not use them.

- Maintain the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).

- Be complete (eg.: both items in a pair have to be returned).

- Have not been tampered with and maintain the identification label if the product is labeled.

- All products that are manufactured by customization are not subject to return.

   

 

2. RETURNS BY DISSATISFACTION

 

The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 15 calendar days after receipt, dependant on the presentation of the original invoice. As a rule, the seller will refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the refund.

 

If the customer wishes to Cancel an order, after its confirmation, the Cancellation must be made no later than the following working day. The additional shipping costs are the customer's responsability.
This Cancellation must be communicated to customerservice@boxpt.com with the subject ORDER CANCELLATION [insert order code]. Otherwise it will not be considered.

Once the order has passed to the In Processingstatus, it cannot be Cancelled.

3. RETURN OF OFFERS

 

The return of a product offered must be made by the person who offered / bought it, with presentation of the original invoice.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card used to make the purchase.

The refund of the amount paid will be made by bank transfer.

4. EXCHANGES FOR OTHER SIZES OR ITEMS

 

To exchange a product, you must request a return of the product you received and send it to our facilities. You will be given a coupon of equal value to purchase a new product, if the returned product is in the conditions mentioned below.

HOW TO PROCEED:
In the "My Account" Client Area, go to the "My Orders" section. In that section click on the order you want to exchange or return. In the next step, choose the quantity of each item you want to exchange / return and state the reasons for the exchange or return. Your request will be sent to our Customer Support who will contact you within a few days.

The return status can be tracked in the same section “My Returns”. Within this section you will receive all information from our team regarding the return.
The original invoice must be attached to the contact email and the product is sent back to our premises.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning and shipping the returned goods. The return must be accompanied by the return reference number.
