1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with regard to the items ordered. The return may be made within 15 days after notification of the defect dependant on the presentation of the original invoice and the product must retain all its original elements. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to its reimbursement (if any), or exchange for the same or another product according to the customer's choice (taking into account that any exchange for an item of higher value, the customer will have to pay the difference). As a rule, the seller will refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the refund.
If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will be done by bank transfer.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. RETURNS BY DISSATISFACTION
The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 15 calendar days after receipt, dependant on the presentation of the original invoice. As a rule, the seller will refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the refund. The right to return only occurs, provided that the products:
They have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try out the equipment and accessories but can not use them.
Maintain the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).
Be complete (eg.: both items in a pair have to be returned).
Have not been tampered with and maintain the identification label if the product is labeled.
All products that are manufactured by customization are not subject to return.
3. RETURN OF OFFERS
The return of a product offered must be made by the person who offered / bought it, with presentation of the original invoice.
If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card used to make the purchase.
The refund of the amount paid will be made by bank transfer.
4.EXCHANGES FOR OTHER SIZES OR ITEMS
In order to exchange an article for another article, it is necessary to proceed with the request of the exchange by the Client Area. One item can only be exchanged for another of equal or greater value and the products can only be changed once. If after the exchange order is not satisfied, you can only return your order and make a new order.
HOW TO PROCEED:
In the "My Account" Client Area, go to the "My RMAs" section. In this section click on "Request RMA" on the order you wish to exchange or return. In the next step choose the quantity of each item you want to exchange / return and state the reasons for the exchange or return. Your request will be sent to our Customer Support that will contact you within a few days.
The status of the Exchange or Return can be tracked in the same "My RMAs" section by clicking "View RMA" in the respective item. Within this section you also have the option to click on the option "Print RMA" that will print a document with all the information necessary to send the goods, including the shipping address for our facilities and the return reference number.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning and shipping the returned goods. The return must be accompanied by the return reference number.
