1. SHIPPING & CARRIERS

 

We deliver the orders from Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on certain holidays (you can obtain confirmation by sending an email to customerservice@boxpt.com). We guarantee the delivery of an order if the address is domicile or a place of work and no deliveries are made to P.O. Boxes.

 

Processing your order in the warehouse can take up to 7 working days (10 working days for large orders) after payment confirmation..

 

After the shipment, the delivery time varies according to location and carrier, you can refer to them in point 3 below.

If you are not at the address to receive the order, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox, via email to the email associated with the order or through the phone number associated with the order with the contact of the nearest agency so that you can reschedule the delivery or pick up the order at a pick-up point.

 

 

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

 

Shipping charges are calculated automatically by our system and depend on the following factors:

- actual weight of the order;

- carriers, which are subject to periodic updates;

- Delivery address of the customer.

 

If the customer wants the delivery to be made on a building floor other than the entrance, there are costs charged by the transport partner company, not assumed by BOXPT.

 

 

3. TRANSPORTATION TIMES

 

BOXPT Equipment works in partnership with the carriers so that the following shipping times can be assured. However, these may vary for reasons unrelated to BOXPT.

- Continental Portugal: 2 working days (5 working days for large orders);

- Islands: air freight - 3 working days; sea freight - 8 working days, departing every Thursday;

- Spain: 3-4 working days (3-7 days for islands);

- France: 3-5 working days;

- England: 7-10 working days;

- Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg: 3-5 working days;

- Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland: If the order is placed before 3 pm, and after good collection, between 4 to 6 working days.

- Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania. If the order is placed before 3 pm, and after good collection, 6 to 7 working days.

 

4. PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

 

If the package shows an anomaly at the time of the delivery, you must write down everything you saw on the delivery note that will be presented to you by the courier. If for any reason you doubt the status of the order, you have the right to refuse the delivery. If this happens, please contact us immediately to the email customerservice@boxpt.com for more information on the procedure to follow.
If you receive the order and then find that the content is damaged, please contact our team to the email customerservice@boxpt.com.

 

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR

Orders placed between December 25th and January 3rd may be delayed.
