1. SHIPPING & CARRIERS
We deliver the orders from Monday to Friday through Nacex or CTT. No shipments are made on certain holidays (you can obtain confirmation by sending an email to email@example.com). We guarantee the delivery of an order if the address is a domicile or a place of work and no deliveries are made to P.O. Boxes.
Processing your order in the warehouse can take up to 2 business days after payment confirmation. After the shipment, the delivery time varies according to location and carrier, you can refer to them in point 3 below.
If you are not at the address to receive the order, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox with the contact of the nearest agency so you can reschedule the delivery (in the case of Nacex) or with data from the nearest post office to pick up your order (in the case of CTT Expresso).
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated automatically by our system and depend on the following factors:
- actual weight of the order;
- carriers, which are subject to periodic updates;
- Delivery address of the customer.
3. TRANSPORTATION TIMES
BOXPT Equipment works in partnership with the carriers so that the following shipping times can be assured. However, these may vary for reasons unrelated to BOXPT.
Continental Portugal: If the order is made before 3pm, and after a good collection, you will receive it the next business day until 7pm.
Islands: Within 5 to 6 business days.
Spain: If the order is made before 3pm, and after a good collection, you will receive it the next business day until 7pm.
Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom: If the order is made before 3pm, and after good collection, 3 to 5 business days.
Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland: If the order is made before 3pm, and after good collection, 4 to 6 working days.
Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Slovenia, Spain, Romania. If the order is made before 3pm, and after good collection, 6 to 7 business days.
